Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib, invites electronic bids (e-bids) from qualified firms, companies, or sole proprietors for the supply of CCTV Cameras, Walkthrough Gates, Rifles, and Desktop Computers. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and actively involved in manufacturing or trading.
This procurement will be carried out on a package/lot-wise basis under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, using the Single Stage – Single Envelope method through the Punjab e-Procurement system (e-PADS).

Bidding documents, including detailed specifications and terms and conditions, are available free of cost from the PPRA, e-PADS, and BGNU official websites.

All bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement portal before the specified deadline.

Bidders are required to quote complete packages/lots. Partial bids within a package/lot will not be accepted.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated amount, submitted in the form of a CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of the Treasurer, Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib.
The original bid security must be presented at the time of bid opening. -
All bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.

In the event of a public holiday on the submission date, the following working day shall be treated as the deadline.
Bidders are encouraged to participate actively and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in the tender documents. Please note that the University will not bear any costs incurred in preparing or submitting the bids or samples.
