How to Participate:

1. Bidding Method:
   The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, in line with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

2. Submission Deadline:
   Complete bids along with all required documents must be submitted online via the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) by 15th May 2025 at or before 11:00 AM.
   Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM.

3. Tender Documents:
   Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from either the e-PADS portal or the PPRA website.

4. Bid Security Requirement:
   All interested bidders are required to physically deposit the bid security in the shape of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee (BG), Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Lahore.

   • This must be submitted at the DEA Lahore office before the bid opening time.

   • No bid will be considered without the submission of the original bid security.
