Citrus Research Institute, Sargodha invites sealed bids from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, and joint ventures actively engaged in trading and duly registered with relevant Registration and Tax Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments).
Bidding will be carried out under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, as per applicable procurement rules.
The bidding documents, written in English, can be obtained directly from the office of the Citrus Research Institute, Sargodha, or downloaded free of cost from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.

Submission of Bids

All bids must be delivered to the address given below by 15 May 2025, no later than 11:00 AM.

Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 3% of the estimated amount, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order, made in favor of the Chief Scientist, Citrus Research Institute, Sargodha.

Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.

Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders’ representatives who may wish to attend.

Bidders can seek clarifications or further information from the office of the Citrus Research Institute between 28 April 2025 and 15 May 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday; Saturday and Sunday closed).

The Citrus Research Institute will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation or submission of bids.

If the submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be treated as the bid closing date.
