Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) invites sealed bids from eligible engineering firms/contractors for Repair & Maintenance Works at the PLRA Head Office, Lahore. The procurement will be carried out as per the PPRA E-Tendering System and in line with Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014 (amended up to date).

Eligibility Criteria:

All interested contractors/firms must meet the following requirements to participate in the tendering process:

1. Registration on EPADS Portal: All interested firms must be registered on the EPADS Portal. Information and procedures for registration can be obtained from the PPRA website (ppra.punjab.gov.pk/e-procurement).

2. Earnest Money: Contractors must upload the earnest money in the form of a CDR/Bank Draft/Cashier's Cheque from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of PLRA on the EPADS portal. The earnest money must be uploaded before the specified date and time of tender opening. The original CDR/Bank Draft must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee at the address mentioned below on or before the closing time of the tender.

3. Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted via EPADS as per the following schedule:

   • Last Date for Submission of Bid on EPADS: 18th April 2025, 11:00 AM

   • Bid Opening Date & Time: 18th April 2025, 11:30 AM

4. Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10th April 2025 at 12:00 PM at the address mentioned below.

5. Opening of Bids: The bids submitted online will be opened by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Important Notes:

1. Disqualification: If any fake information or document (such as CDR/receipt) is submitted, the contractor/firm will be disqualified from the tendering process and blacklisted from future participation. Recommendations will be made to PPRA and PEC for further action.

2. Manual/Conditional Bids: Manual, conditional, telegraphic, or bids submitted by post will not be entertained.

3. Bidding Method: Bidding will be conducted according to the “Single Stage One Envelope Method” as prescribed under PPR-2014.
