   • As per PPRA Rule 25(7), bidders shall download the bidding documents from the University's website without incurring any cost or fee.

2. Bid Submission:

   • All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS), by uploading PDF files.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

   • Bidders must be registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on e-PADS.

   • All interested bidders must comply with the relevant tax registration requirements (Income Tax, General Sales Tax, Provincial Sales Tax, if applicable).
