Deputy Commissioner Attock is seeking bids for the purchase of Furniture, Electronic Items, Solar Panels, and Decorative Items for the "Up-gradation / Conversion of Civil Rest House to Circuit House District Attock."   1. Online Procurement:
    The procurement process will be conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS).

  2. Tender Documents:
    Interested firms may download the bidding documents from the PPRA Punjab Website or the E-PADS system free of charge. Additionally, original sets of documents are available for collection at the DC Office Attock.

  3. Bid Submission:

    • Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS system by 26th April 2025 at 11:00 AM during office hours.

    • Bidders are also required to submit hard copies of their bids before the tender opening time.

    • Bids will be opened on the same day, 26th April 2025, at 11:30 AM.

  4. Eligibility Requirements:

    • Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax / Sales Tax Department (Active Filer) and must be registered on the E-PAD system.

    • A copy of all valid Registration Certificates must be submitted along with the bid.

  5. Bid Security:

    • A CDR (Cash Deposit Receipt) of 5% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 750,000/-, in favor of the Deputy Commissioner Attock, must be attached as bid security.

  6. Bidder’s Certification:

    • The bidder must provide a certificate confirming that they are not blacklisted by any department or the PPRA.

  7. Bidding Procedure:

    • The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope.

  8. Delivery Timeline:

    • All items, complete in all respects, must be delivered to the Civil Rest House to Circuit House District Attock within 30 days from the issuance of the work order.

  9. Right to Reject Bids:

    • The DC Office Attock reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time before the acceptance of a bid or proposal.

  10. Late Bids:

  • Incomplete or late submissions will not be entertained.
