Eligibility Criteria

Interested parties must meet the following criteria:

• Only registered firms or importers may submit quotations. However, they may nominate an authorized institutional distributor to execute the order on their behalf.

• Firms/importers must be registered with the Government of Pakistan for Sales Tax, NTN, and Professional Tax.

• Entities blacklisted by any authority will not be considered.

• If already registered with any Defence organization, relevant registration documents must be provided.

Submission Requirements

• Quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked:
  “Tender for Purchase of Bio-Degradable Polythene Garbage Bags (as per sample) FY 2025–26”.

• The envelope should include:

  • Complete firm profile and registration documents

  • Proof of relevant tax registrations

  • Authorization letter (if applicable)

  • Copy of registration with any Defence body (if applicable)

  • A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- in the form of a pay order
