A public sector organization invites sealed tenders from reputable and registered firms, wholesalers, dealers, and proprietors with active Sales Tax registration and dedicated office setups (with valid contact numbers), for the supply of various items on F.O.R. D.G. Khan basis.

• Tender Documents:
  Detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained up to 17th June 2025 upon written request.
  A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000/- per tender must be submitted via Call Deposit in favor of Senior Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan, payable at any bank in D.G. Khan.

• Last Date & Time for Submission:
  Tenders must be received by 2:30 PM on 17th June 2025.

• Opening of Tenders:
  Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of participating bidders.

• Submission Method:
  Bids should be submitted in sealed envelopes, separately for each tender, and sent via Registered Post/UMS or any authorized courier service to:
  Sr. Admin Officer (Procurement), P.O. Box No. 35, D.G. Khan
  Clearly mark the Tender Number on the top-left corner of the envelope.

• Holidays:
  If the specified date happens to be a public or forced holiday, the next working day will be considered as the tender opening date.

• Right to Accept or Reject:
  The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
