The Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) invites sealed bids from reputable firms/contractors for the procurement of the following categories of items to be supplied at Turbat and Dalbandin:

1. Half Mounting Kit Items

2. Vehicles, Plant Machinery, and Workshop Tools

3. Government Security Stores

4. Weapons

Key Information for Bidders:

1. Eligibility Requirements:

   • Firms must be registered with the Income Tax Department and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

   • Preference will be given to manufacturers or their authorized representatives (with authority letters).

2. Submission of Bids:

   • Bids must be submitted in a single package containing two separate sealed envelopes:

     • One marked “Technical Proposal”.

     • One marked “Financial Proposal”.

   • Bids must reach the Ordnance Branch, Headquarters Frontier Corps (South), Turbat no later than 10:00 AM on the due date.

   • Bids will be opened the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of participants, in line with PPRA Rules 2004.

   • Technical and financial bids will not be accepted after the deadline.

3. Tender Fee & Documents:

   • Tender documents, including terms, conditions, and technical specifications, can be obtained from the Ordnance Branch, HQ Frontier Corps (South), Turbat, Karachi, or Islamabad.

   • Tender Fee: Payable as mentioned in the documents.

4. Bid Security & Performance Guarantee:

   • Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security equal to 5% of the quoted bid value, submitted through Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favour of Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South), Turbat.

   • Successful bidders will be required to submit a Performance Bank Guarantee (5–10%) before the issuance of the Purchase Order.

5. Samples & Testing:

   • Required samples must be deposited with the bid (previously deposited samples will not be accepted).

   • Supplied stores will be tested in a recognized laboratory, with charges borne by the firm.

6. Validity of Offers:

   • Financial bids must remain valid until 30th June 2026.

7. Mandatory Documents:
   Firms must submit the following along with bids:

   • Affidavit declaring the firm is not blacklisted by any government/semi-government organization.

   • NTN certificate.

   • Affidavit regarding financial health of the firm.

   • Last year’s FBR-vetted tax return.

   • Bank statement for the last six months.

   • Copy of owner’s CNIC.

8. Right to Accept or Reject:

   • Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning a reason.
