The office of the undersigned invites sealed quotations from reputable and experienced firms for the supply of the following laboratory items:

• Laboratory Chemicals

• Glassware

• Gases

• Culture Media

• Disposables and Expendables

Terms & Conditions:

1. Submission of Quotations:

   • Quotations must be submitted in a sealed large envelope clearly marked “QUOTATION”.

   • The envelope must contain two separate sealed envelopes: one for the Technical Proposal and one for the Financial Proposal.

   • Any quotation not submitted in this format will be considered invalid.

2. Deadline & Opening:

   • Quotations must reach the undersigned by 10:00 AM within 15 days of publication of this notice in the newspaper and on the PPRA website.

   • The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend, in accordance with PPRA Rules and Regulations.

3. Validity of Prices:

   • Quoted prices must remain valid until 30th June 2026.

4. Eligibility:

   • Firms must be financially sound and have a good market reputation.

   • Suppliers must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

5. Tender Documents:

   • Documents can be obtained from the QM Office, AFIN RA Bazar, Lahore Cantt, during working hours, on submission of the firm’s official letterhead and payment of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable).

6. Other Instructions:

   • Quotations sent via fax or email will not be accepted.
