The Children’s Hospital & The Institute of Child Health, Multan, invites interested individuals, firms, and companies registered with the relevant authorities to participate in the auction of hospital canteen areas for a period of one year through the official e-Auction Portal.

Reserve Price
The reserve price for the canteen auction is Rs. 14,080,000 (Fourteen Million and Eighty Thousand Rupees), excluding applicable taxes, for a period of one year.
Eligibility and Registration

Interested applicants must register online through the official e-Auction Portal as per the eligibility criteria stated in the Auction Document.

Hard copies of registration forms are not required.

Registration should be completed well before the deadline to avoid technical issues or delays.

The hospital will not be responsible for internet connectivity issues, data errors, or corrupted uploads on the part of applicants.

Only applicants declared eligible by the Auction Committee after evaluation will be allowed to participate in the e-auction.
Earnest Money (Bid Security)

Registered applicants must deposit 10% of the reserve price (Rs. 1,408,000) as Earnest Money in the form of a Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO), or Banker’s Cheque issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan.

The Earnest Money must be made in favor of the Dean, The Children’s Hospital & The Institute of Child Health, Multan.

The original instrument must be submitted physically to the Purchase Office within ten (10) days of the evaluation result announcement.

A soft copy of the same document must be uploaded on the e-Auction Portal.

Failure to submit Earnest Money within the specified time will render the applicant ineligible for participation.
Auction Rules and Procedure

The auction will be conducted in accordance with the “Auction Policy 2025” notified by the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education (SHC&ME) Department.

The bidding will start from the reserve price, and each subsequent offer must be at least 1% higher than the previous bid.

If no new offer is made during the last minute of the scheduled auction time, the auction will automatically close.

If a new offer is placed during the last minute, the auction time will automatically extend by five (5) minutes to allow continued competition.

The auction will conclusively end at midnight (12:00 AM) on the auction day.

After the auction concludes, the successful applicant’s offer will be displayed on the official portal.

The uploaded signature of the successful applicant during registration will be treated as the authorized signature on the auction document, making the offer final and binding.

In case any scheduled activity date (registration, grievance submission, CDR submission, or auction) falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be considered the new date.
