Procurement of Fireproof Safes and Fireproof Almirahs for Various NBP Branches

The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites electronic bids from original manufacturers or authorized distributors/suppliers, who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, for the supply and placement of 33 fireproof safes and fireproof almirahs at the following NBP branches:

Key Information:

1. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms, and conditions are available for registered bidders through EPADS at eprocure.gov.pk

2. Submission Deadline: All electronic bids, along with the required bid security of Rs. 325,000/-, must be submitted via EPADS by December 11, 2025, at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

3. Any technical issues with EPADS can be addressed by contacting the PPRA Team, Director MIS, Room No. 109, 1st Floor, FBC Building, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad (051-111-137-237).

4. Original Bid Security must be submitted to the undersigned before the bid submission deadline; otherwise, the bid will not be considered.

5. Opening of Bids: Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon through EPADS in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders at:

Additional Information:

• Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) as per Rule-48 of PPRA Rules, 2004, is available on EPADS.
