Lahore Garrison University (LGU) invites sealed financial bids from reputable companies or vendors dealing in multimedia projectors for the supply of the following:

Items Required:

• Multimedia Projectors (New)

• Model: ViewSonic SP3, 4800 Lumens

• Quantity: 20 Units

Tender Details:

1. Tender documents can be collected from the office of the Treasurer by submitting a non-refundable payment of Rs. 1,000/- via draft or cash in favor of "Treasurer Lahore Garrison University." Documents are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM until 01 December 2025.

2. Sealed tenders (hard copies) in the provided tender format must reach the Procurement Office by 01 December 2025, before 11:00 AM, either by hand or courier. Late submissions will not be considered.

3. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.

4. LGU reserves the right to accept or reject any part or the entire tender without assigning any reason.
