Public Notice for Vehicle Auction

Habib Bank Limited (HBL) invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the purchase of the following bank-owned vehicle:

Terms & Conditions

1. Submission of Bids:
   Sealed bids clearly marked “Bid for Vehicle – Registration No. ABB-785” should be addressed to the Head of Recoveries (Credit) and must reach the bank no later than 18th November 2025, before the close of office hours.

2. Earnest Money:
   Each bid must be accompanied by an earnest money deposit equal to 10% of the bid amount for filers and 20% for non-filers, in the form of a Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of HBL.

   • Unsuccessful bidders will have their pay orders returned within 10 days after the opening of bids.

3. Vehicle Inspection:
   The vehicle can be inspected at HBL, 200 Upper Mall, Lahore, from 13th to 18th November 2025, between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM.
   Documentation and further details will be provided during the inspection.

4. Auction Basis:
   The vehicle is being sold strictly on an “as-is, where-is” basis. The successful bidder will be responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and transfer fees.

5. Opening of Bids:
   All bids will be opened by the Auction Committee on 19th November 2025 at the Recovery Department, Consumer Center, HBL, 322 Sarwar Road, Cantt. Branch, Lahore.

6. Payment Terms:
   The successful bidder must pay the remaining balance of the purchase price within three (3) working days from the date of acceptance.
   Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the earnest money deposit (10% for filers and 20% for non-filers).

7. Bank’s Rights:
   HBL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without providing any reason.
