The Punjab Thalassaemia and Other Genetic Disorders Prevention and Research Institute (PTGD), an initiative of the Government of Punjab, invites e-bids for the fiscal year 2025-26 from reputable Contractors, Firms, Manufacturers, Sole Proprietors, Authorized Distributors, and Agents. Only firms registered with the relevant authorities and tax departments are eligible to participate.

Submission Instructions

1. Bidding Procedure: Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure (Rule 38(2)(a), Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended).

2. E-Bids:

   • Must be completed and uploaded in PDF format on the E-PADS portal: https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk
     
     Conditional or incomplete bids will not be accepted.

3. Original Bid Security (CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft) must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of the Director General, PTGD, Lahore before the bid opening time. Bids without original bid security will be rejected.

4. a)Bidding documents can be obtained from the PTGD office immediately after publication of this notice or downloaded from the PPRA website: www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk
   
   b) Quantity Variation: The Director General reserves the right to increase quantities up to 15% as per PPRA rules.

5. Tax Deduction: Applicable Income Tax / GST will be deducted according to Government rules.

6. Affidavits Required:

   • Confirmation that the firm/manufacturer/supplier is not blacklisted by PTGD or PPRA.

   • Confirmation that all documents and information provided are true and correct.

7. If the tender opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be considered the submission and opening date; timing and venue remain the same.
