Invitation to E-Bid
The Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Multan, invites electronic bids from experienced contractors for the complete removal and disposal of rubbish, night soil, and sullage water from Railway colonies at Multan Cantt & City, Khanewal, and Samasatta Railway Stations.
Bids are invited on a single stage, single envelope (financial bid) basis from contractors who are listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. The name of the firm/agency on the CDR is mandatory.
Scope of Work

Multan Cantt & City Stations – Supply of one tractor trolley (covered, not older than 8 years), one driver, and four laborers for complete removal and disposal of rubbish, night soil, and sullage water.

Bid Submission

Bidders must submit their bids electronically through E-PADS.

Bids must include a scanned copy of bid security (CDR) in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Multan.

Original bid security must be submitted to the office of the Divisional Medical Officer, Pakistan Railways, Multan, along with other required documents.

Deadline for submission: November 26, 2025, at 12:00 PM.

Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Incomplete or conditional bids without bid security will not be considered.

Pakistan Railways reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
