General Terms & Conditions

1. Firms must be GST registered, with valid NTN and professional tax registration.

2. The last date for submission of all tenders is 09 December 2025 at 1000 hours.

3. Opening of tenders: Same day at 1100 hours.

4. No advance payment will be made. Payment is subject to user acceptance of delivered items.

5. Tendering officers reserve the right to reject any proposal on technical grounds.

6. All quotations must remain valid for at least 90 days.

7. Applicable Sales Tax must be mentioned separately.

8. Warranty/guarantee terms must be clearly stated.

9. Firms must submit an NDA on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 before receiving tender documents.

10. Past performance (timely delivery, compliance history) will be used as a benchmark for evaluation.
