The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd., established in 1924 and operating as a scheduled bank since 1955, invites reputable and experienced Executive Search / Head Hunting Firms to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI). With a network of 151 branches across Punjab, the Bank aims to engage a competent firm to support the recruitment of key leadership and specialized roles.

Scope of Services

The selected firm will be responsible for providing professional recruitment support, including:

• Identifying, shortlisting, and recommending qualified candidates for senior-level and technical positions.

• Conducting market research on talent availability and compensation trends.

• Performing initial screening, background checks, and verification of credentials.

• Coordinating interviews and assisting in managing the end-to-end hiring process with PPCBL.

• Ensuring a transparent, confidential, and merit-based recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested firms must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum three years of operational experience, specifically in Executive Search or Head Hunting services.

• Registration with a relevant regulatory authority.

• A team of professionally qualified HR consultants with strong expertise in executive hiring, assessment, and screening.

• Proven track record in handling executive search assignments.

• Strong market reputation.

Documents Required

Firms should submit the following:

• Registration Certificate

• Company Profile

• Details of employees and recruitment specialists, including office/branch locations

• Tax Registration (NTN/STN)

• List of major clients (preference for Banking/Financial Institutions)
