Tender Notice — Invitation for Bids

The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) invites sealed bids from well-reputed and experienced third-party service providers for the hiring of Level-1 Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Support Services. The services are required for PCAA’s Headquarters and Inspectorate Offices located in Karachi.

Bid Submission Process

• Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the EPADS Portal of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).

• The Bid Security is fixed at PKR 500,000 (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand Only). It must be in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee made in favor of the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.

• A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded with the electronic bid.

• The original Bid Security must be submitted in hard format, enclosed in a sealed envelope, to the address provided below before the deadline. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the bid.

Tender Document

• The complete tender documents, including the detailed Scope of Work and Terms & Conditions, are available to registered bidders through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

• This tender notice is also published on the PPRA and PCAA official websites.

Bid Opening

• All bids will be opened through EPADS in the presence of the PCAA Procurement Committee and any bidder representatives who wish to attend.
