Public Auction Notice – Contract Rights for FY 2025–2026

The Municipal Committee Shahkot announces the public auction of its income sources through open bidding for the fiscal year 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026. The auction will be held on:

Date: 14th August 2025
Time: 12:00 PM
Venue: Office of the Municipal Committee Shahkot

Interested individuals and contractors are invited to participate in the auction on the specified date and time. Every bidder must submit a call deposit (CDR) from a scheduled bank, equivalent to the security deposit listed with each contract below. The CDR must be submitted before bidding begins, and will be refunded on the spot to all unsuccessful bidders.

Eligibility Criteria

Only those contractors will be eligible to participate who are registered with the District Government (ADC - FRP Office) for the year 2025–2026.
Bidders must also present original registration or renewal documents at the time of the auction.

Additional Information

• The terms and conditions of the auction can be reviewed during office hours at the office of the Municipal Officer (Finance), Municipal Committee Shahkot.

• These terms will also be read out before the auction begins.

• Final approval of all bids rests with the Municipal Committee Shahkot.

• In case the auction fails to finalize on the scheduled date, a second round will be held on 21st August 2025 at 12:00 PM.

• If the second auction also fails, a third and final round will take place on 28th August 2025 at 12:00 PM.
