The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. (PPCBL) invites sealed bids from experienced and authorized companies, dealers, suppliers, and distributors for the procurement of the following security-related software solutions and services:

Eligibility Criteria

• The bidding companies must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments.

• Bidders should be well-reputed, having relevant experience in delivering similar security solutions.

• An affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted or involved in any litigation must be included in the bid.

• The client list must also be attached as part of the application.

Tender Procedure

• The bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope process:

  • One envelope should contain the Technical Proposal.

  • The second envelope should contain the Financial Proposal.

• Both envelopes must be sealed separately and clearly marked.

• Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the total estimated cost must be submitted along with the bid. Bids without earnest money will be rejected outright.

• The earnest money must be submitted in the form of a pay order in favor of The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd.

Tender Document & Submission

• Tender documents can be:

  • Collected from the General Administration Division at the PPCBL Head Office on payment of Rs. 1,000/- (Non-Refundable) through pay order, or

  • Downloaded free of cost from the official PPCBL website.

• Bidders must submit their bids by 12:00 PM on 18th June 2025.

• Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

• Financial bids will only be opened for technically qualified firms, and the date for this will be communicated separately.

Bank's Rights

PPCBL reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.

• Accept partial bids or increase/decrease the quantity of the required solutions/services as per project needs.
