Directorate General Research & Development Establishment (DGRDE), under the Ministry of Defence Production, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms for the following indigenous development projects:

Eligibility Criteria

Firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments.

Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
Tender Documents
Tender bidding documents, along with the technical specifications, can be obtained from the DGRDE Contract Wing upon a written request. Documents are available on working days between 09:00 AM and 03:00 PM.
Bidding Procedure
The bidding will follow the Two-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure as defined under Rule 36(d) and Rule 42(d)(i) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Important Dates

Tender Conference:
Scheduled at DGRDE on 12th June 2025 at 11:00 AM to address any bidder queries. -
Submission Deadline:
Bids must be submitted to AD Contracts, Contract Wing, DGRDE, Abid Majid Road, Rawalpindi
no later than 10:30 AM on 17th June 2025. -
Opening of Technical Offers (First Stage):
Technical proposals will be opened on 17th June 2025 at 11:00 AM. -
Second Stage (Financial Offers):
Only qualified bidders from the first stage will be informed about the date of financial bid opening.
