Submission Guidelines

Interested companies/firms must submit their bids as follows:

• Two separate sealed envelopes:

  1. Technical Quotation (without price/rate)

  2. Financial Quotation (with clearly mentioned prices/rates)

• Both envelopes must be placed inside a third sealed outer envelope.

  12th June 2025 by 10:00 AM

• Opening of Technical Bids:
  12th June 2025 at 10:30 AM

• Opening of Financial Bids:
  17th June 2025 at 10:30 AM
  (Both sessions will be conducted in the presence of company representatives.)

  • Fee: Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable)

• Bid Security:
  A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 500,000/-

  • Payable to: DDMS HQFC Balochistan (North), Quetta

  • Note: The security will be forfeited in case of failure to meet contractual obligations.

• Eligibility:
  Firms must be registered taxpayers with a valid NTN.
