A public sector organization is inviting sealed tenders from experienced and reputable firms, wholesale dealers, and proprietors. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and have an independent office setup with a valid telephone number. The tenders are being invited for the supply of the following items on F.O.R. basis to Dera Ghazi Khan:

1. Tender Documents
   Complete tender documents, including item specifications and terms & conditions, can be obtained until 17th June 2025. Interested parties must submit a written request along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000/- per tender, paid via Call Deposit in favor of the Senior Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan, payable at any bank in D.G. Khan.

2. Tender Submission Deadline
   Sealed quotations must be submitted by 2:30 PM on 17th June 2025.

3. Opening of Tenders
   All received tenders will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM, in the presence of those bidders who choose to attend.

4. Submission Method
   Each tender quotation must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope, clearly mentioning the Tender Number on the top left corner of the envelope.
   All envelopes should be addressed to:
   Sr. Admin Officer (Procurement), P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan,
   and must be sent via Registered Post, UMS, or authorized courier service.

5. In Case of Holiday
   If 17th June 2025 falls on a public or forced holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time.

6. Right to Accept or Reject
   The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
