Established in 1924, The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. (PPCBL) has been serving the cooperative sector for nearly a century. Recognized as a scheduled bank by the State Bank of Pakistan since 1955, the bank currently operates a wide network of 151 branches across Tehsil and Sub-Tehsil levels.

PPCBL invites sealed bids for the procurement of the following:

Call Center & Complaint Management System

Eligibility Criteria

Bids are invited from reputed and authorized companies, dealers, suppliers, or distributors who:

• Are registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments.

• Have relevant experience in supplying and implementing similar systems.

• Submit a client list and an affidavit declaring that the firm is neither blacklisted nor involved in any litigation.

Bid Submission & Procedure

• Tender documents can be obtained from the General Administration Division at the Bank’s Head Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000, payable via pay order in favor of The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd.

• Alternatively, the documents can be downloaded from the Bank’s official website free of cost.

• The bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure:

  • One envelope must contain the Technical Proposal.

  • The second envelope must contain the Financial Proposal.

• An earnest money deposit equivalent to 2% of the total estimated cost is mandatory with each bid. Bids without earnest money will be rejected outright, with no right of appeal.

Important Dates

Technical bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. Companies shortlisted on technical grounds will be informed of the date for the opening of financial bids.

Additional Notes

• The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

• It may also accept the whole or part of any tender, or adjust the quantities as deemed necessary.
