Municipal Committee Toba Tek Singh hereby invites the general public to participate in the open public auction of its following income sources (contract rights) for the financial years 2025–2028. The auction will be held on 25th June 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Committee’s main office in Toba Tek Singh.

Key Terms & Conditions

1. Contract Period: All contracts will be valid from 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2028.

2. Ineligible Participants: The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the auction:

   • Defaulters of the Municipal Committee Toba Tek Singh.

   • Persons blacklisted by any Local Government or Government Department.

   • Individuals declared bankrupt by law.

   • Anyone legally ineligible to enter into a contract.

   • Those who have not registered with the Municipal Administration.

3. Call Deposit Requirement: Participants must submit a call deposit in their own name, drawn in favor of Municipal Committee Toba Tek Singh. The call deposit must be valid and issued by a scheduled bank. No third-party or bearer call deposits will be accepted. The deposit will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.

4. Final Payment Obligation: The successful bidder will be required to pay the full bid amount within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to do so will result in legal action as per municipal regulations.

5. Right to Accept or Reject: The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.

6. Terms Amendable on Site: The auction committee reserves the right to amend terms and conditions on the spot depending on prevailing circumstances.

7. Inspection & Information: All interested parties can visit the Union Officer during office hours for details and inspection.
