1. Specifications & Documents:
   Detailed specifications and terms of each item can be downloaded from the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.

2. Eligibility to Participate:
   Only suppliers who are registered and listed as Active Taxpayers (ATL) by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) are eligible to submit their bids.

3. Submission & Opening Procedure:

   • Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by the closing date and time mentioned for each item.

   • All bids will be opened on the same day at the specified time, in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
