The organization invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists who are registered with the Sales Tax Department and operating from Islamabad with active office, telephone, and fax facilities. These tenders are invited on a FOR (Free on Road), Islamabad basis, and are governed by specific terms and conditions outlined below.

List of Tender Items & Details

1. Tender Documents:
   Can be obtained upon written request on the firm’s letterhead, accompanied by a bank draft/pay order (no cash accepted) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

2. Earnest Money:
   All submissions must include 2% earnest money of the quoted amount via bank draft in the name of the same authority.

3. Eligibility:
   Firms that failed to supply items in previous orders will not be issued tender documents.

4. Submission & Validity:

   • Tenders received after the deadline will not be entertained.

   • Bids must be valid for at least 60 days from the date of opening.

5. Documentation:

   • Tender numbers and their respective due dates must be clearly written on the envelope.

   • No cutting or overwriting is acceptable in any tender document.

   • The original bank draft must reach the office one day before the tender opening date.

   • Last date for issuing tender documents is also one day before the tender date.

6. Inspection & Payment:

   • Payment will only be made after complete delivery and satisfactory inspection of the items.

7. Authority Rights:

   • The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage without assigning any reason.

8. Dispatch of Documents:
   Tender documents may also be dispatched via mail/fax/email upon receipt of the request and draft.
