NADRA invites proposals for rental office accommodations to establish Registration Centers at the following locations. We are seeking well-suited buildings that meet our operational needs as detailed in the tender documents.

Important Requirements

• The offered property should ideally be situated in a central and accessible location within the specified city—not in a residential neighborhood.

• The building should be located on the ground floor, with a separate entrance and sufficient parking space.

How to Apply

• Interested parties (owners/representatives) can obtain the tender documents from the address below during office hours (excluding public holidays) from the date of this announcement until June 23, 2025, at 10:30 AM.

• Completed bids must be submitted by June 23, 2025, before 11:30 AM, using the Single Stage Two Envelope method (i.e., separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial proposals).

• Technical bids will be opened on June 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM in the presence of those bidders who choose to attend.

• If the bid opening date falls on a gazetted holiday, it will be shifted to the next working day.

• Bidders must ensure that all documents required in the tender package are included.
