Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from firms and manufacturers who are pre-qualified or registered under category M-5 with WAPDA, PPMC, or any DISCOs. The tenders are for the supply of the following equipment, which must be delivered free of cost to IESCO Regional Stores located in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Rajjar:

Key Terms & Conditions:

1. Bidding Procedure: This tender follows the "Single Stage - Two Envelope" bidding process.

2. Price Basis: Prices must be firm, final, and quoted on a Free Delivery (FCS) basis. No foreign exchange will be entertained.

3. Bid Validity: Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of submission.

4. Bid Security: Each bid must include a bank guarantee or CDR from an A+ rated scheduled Pakistani bank, in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, IESCO:

   • Tender No. 270: PKR 6,000,000

   • Tender No. 271: PKR 7,200,000

   • Tender No. 272: PKR 2,000,000
     The guarantee must be valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period. This security must be placed inside the technical proposal envelope.

5. Tender Documents: Available from the IESCO Material Management office in Islamabad for a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 per tender. Documents can be obtained on working days during office hours until the day before the tender opening.

6. Eligibility Requirements: Bidders must submit a written request on company letterhead along with valid copies of STRN, NTN, and other relevant registrations to obtain the documents.

7. Partial Bids: Bids must cover the full quantity specified in each tender. Partial bids will not be considered.

8. Issue Date Restrictions: Tender documents will not be issued on the date of opening.

9. Right to Reject: IESCO reserves the right to reject all bids before a formal acceptance.

10. Contingency Clause: If the office is closed due to a public holiday or unforeseen event on the scheduled tender opening day, tenders will be opened the next working day at the same time and venue.
