How to Submit Your Bid:

1. Online Submission: Ensure your bids are submitted through the EPADS platform by 10:00 AM on June 2, 2025. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted.

2. Bid Security: Include a security deposit of Rs. 129,600 in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee, made in favor of PAFDA.

3. Technical and Financial Proposals: Submit both proposals prepared according to the instructions outlined in the tender documents.

Important Notes:

• Rejection of Bids: PAFDA reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals before final acceptance, as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

• Registration on EPADS: All applicants must be registered on EPADS to participate in the tender process.
