Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA) is inviting bids for the procurement of an Automated Ashing and Drying System (LOT-138). How to Submit Your Bid:

1. Online Submission: Ensure you submit your bid via EPADS by 10:15 AM on June 2, 2025. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted.

2. Bid Security: A security deposit of Rs. 870,000 is required in one of the following formats: CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee made in favor of PAFDA.

3. Technical and Financial Proposals: Your submission must include both the technical and financial proposals prepared according to the instructions outlined in the tender documents.

Important Notes:

• Rejection of Bids: PAFDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals before the final acceptance, as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

• Registration on EPADS: All applicants must be registered on EPADS to be eligible to submit bids.
