National School of Public Policy (NSPP), a renowned institution for training civil servants in Pakistan, is inviting bids for the procurement of IT Equipment under the project titled "Institutional Strengthening and Augmentation of Training and Research Functions of NSPP, Lahore."

The bids will be accepted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS), and interested parties, including original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with the PPRA, are encouraged to participate.

How to Submit Your Bid:

1. Online Submission: Bids must be uploaded via EPADS on or before 11:00 AM on April 21, 2025. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

2. Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure: Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately. The technical bid will be opened first on April 21, 2025 at 11:30 AM, and the financial bid will be opened later on May 5, 2025 at 11:30 AM.

3. Required Documents: Ensure that all required documents, including undertakings, valid documentary evidence, supporting documents, and test certificates, are submitted with your bid. Bids lacking any of these documents may be rejected at the initial stage.

Important Notes:

• Bid Evaluation: Bids will be evaluated based on the criteria provided in the tender documents. Non-compliant bids may be rejected.

• Tender Rules: The bidding process will follow the Public Procurement Rules 2004, as amended by the Government of Pakistan.
