1. Bidding Procedure:

   • The procurement will follow the Single Stage - Single Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

2. Pre-Bid Meeting:

   • A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on April 11, 2025 at the address provided below.

3. Bid Submission:

   • Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS website by April 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

   • The bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the same day on the EPADS platform, in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.

4. Bid Security:

   • Original bid security must be submitted at the BWMC office on or before April 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
