Bahawalpur Waste Management Company (BWMC) invites bids from Manufacturers, Firms, Companies, and General Order Suppliers for the supply of Bio-degradable Shopper Bags for Eid-ul-Azha 2025. The bidding process will be conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

Key Terms and Conditions:

1. Bidding Procedure:

   • The procurement will be completed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, using the Single Stage - Two Envelop Bidding Procedure.

2. Pre-Bid Meeting:

   • A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on April 11, 2025 at the address below.

3. Bid Submission:

   • Bids must be submitted online on the EPADS website by April 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

   • The bid opening will take place on EPADS at 11:30 AM on the same day, in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

4. Bid Security:

   • Original bid security must be submitted at the BWMC office on or before April 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
