Municipal Committee Burewala (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) invites E-Bids in PDF format from eligible Contractors, Firms, Manufacturers, or Authorized Dealers, who are:

Registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS),

Registered with FBR and PRA (valid NTN and PNTN),

Compliant with PPRA for e-procurement.

Must be submitted in the name of Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Burewala, in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order, matching the amount specified above. -

The original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender title before the submission deadline at the office of:

All bids must be completed and uploaded in PDF format on the EPADS portal

Any e-bid found to be corrupt, unreadable, or virus-infected will be rejected.

Bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure:
- Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted separately as encrypted files.
- Only technically responsive bids will be considered for financial opening. -
The Procuring Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

All bid amounts must be written in figures and words.

If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.

Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.

Timely submission is the sole responsibility of the bidder. Upload bids well before the deadline to avoid system delays or last-minute errors.
