Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from pre-qualified firms and manufacturers registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal) / Standards & Specification NTDC Lahore or with WAPDA, PPMC, or other DISCOs for the year 2024-25. Bidders must have valid prototype approvals (if applicable) for the supply of the following materials.

The supply will be on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajjar, and Wah.

Key Terms & Conditions

1. Bids will be processed under Single Stage – One Envelope procedure.

2. Prices must be final and firm on FCS basis with no involvement of foreign exchange.

3. Bids must be valid for 90 days, and accompanied by a 2% bid security (valid for 120 days) in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR from a scheduled Pakistani bank rated A+ or above, made out to the Chief Executive Officer, IESCO.

4. Tender documents can be obtained against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000/- per tender from the Material Management Office, IESCO Islamabad during working hours up to a day before tender opening.

5. No tenders will be issued on the day of the opening.

6. A written request on company letterhead and copies of STRN, NTN, etc., are required to collect tender forms.

7. Partial bids will not be accepted – full quantity must be quoted.

8. Valid prototype approvals must be available (if required).

9. If the tender date falls on a holiday or office closure, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

10. IESCO reserves the right to reject all bids prior to final acceptance.
