Tenders based on item rates, as per the approved DNIT, are invited for the following works from contractors/firms enlisted and renewed with PEC in the relevant category and specialization codes. Contractors must provide original PEC License having the relevant codes, failing which, the committee will not entertain the proposal.

The procurement shall be carried out through the E-PADS (EP Acquisition and Disposal System) developed by PITB. All interested construction firms are required to register on E-PADS to be eligible for participation.

Tender documents, including detailed requirements, terms and conditions, are available online through E-PADS and PPRA Punjab websites. The DNIT can be viewed and downloaded via registered bidder accounts. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Terms and Conditions

1. Bidders must submit earnest money at the rate of 2% of the DNIT estimated cost in the form of a CDR, Bank Draft, or Cashier’s Cheque of any scheduled bank.

2. The original 2% earnest money instrument must be submitted to the Executive Engineer, 2nd Buildings Division, Lahore or presented to the Tender Opening Committee at the time of bid opening.

3. Conditional or incomplete bids without proper bid security will be rejected.

4. Online bid submissions will be opened on the specified date and time in the Office of the Commissioner, Lahore Division, Lahore in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.

5. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals prior to acceptance under PPRA Rules.
