Punjab Overseas Pakistanis Commission invites sealed bids from reputable firms and workshops for the procurement of various goods for the financial year 2024-25. This procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2022.

Bidding Process

• The tender will be processed using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.

• Bids are invited lot-wise, and the contract for each lot will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder.

Detailed specifications and quantities for each lot are available in the official Bidding Documents.

Instructions for Bidders

• All prices must be quoted in PKR, inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST, PST, Income Tax, etc.) and transportation charges to the specified site.

• Quoted rates must remain valid for 50 days from the date of tender opening.

• Bids must include a scanned copy of Bid Security (5% of the estimated cost per lot), affidavits, and other required documents, and must be submitted online via EPADS.

• The original Bid Security instrument must be delivered by hand or courier to the Punjab Overseas Pakistanis Commission office at the address below.

Important Dates

• Last Date for Submission: Monday, 28th April 2025, by 2:30 PM

• Tender Opening: Same day at 3:00 PM

• Venue: Punjab Overseas Pakistanis Commission, 1 Club Road, GOR-I, Lahore

Note: If the submission/opening date falls on a public holiday, the process will be carried out on the next working day at the same time and venue.

Additional Notes

• The Commission reserves the right to add/remove any items or quantities without providing any justification.

• The bidding process may be cancelled at any stage without assigning any reason.
