The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites proposals from reputed and experienced firms for the design, development, and ongoing support of dynamic websites and mobile applications.
Project Overview
The selected firm will be responsible for:

Designing and developing a modern, responsive, and user-friendly website.

Creating mobile applications (for iOS and Android) that integrate with PCB’s systems.

Providing maintenance and support services after deployment.
Proposal Submission

RFP Documents: Available for registered bidders on the EPADS (Electronic Procurement System).

Submission Method: Only through EPADS (electronic submission). Manual bids will not be accepted.

Deadline for Submission: 9th September 2025, by 11:00 AM.

Opening of Proposals: Same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS.

A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been formed in compliance with Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
