The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) invites sealed bids from reputable contractors, firms, and sole proprietors for the Activation of Weighbridges at TCP godowns located in Pipri, Korangi, and Landhi, Karachi.

The bidding will follow the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Tender Details

• Name of Work: Activation of Weighbridges at TCP godowns (Pipri, Korangi & Landhi)

• Bid Security: 2% of the quoted price (refundable) in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited

• Bid Submission Deadline: 21 August 2025 – 11:00 AM

• Bid Opening Date & Time: 21 August 2025 – 11:30 AM

Instructions for Bidders

1. Submission Method:

   • Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) before the closing date.

   • A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on EPADS.

   • The original bid security (sealed and marked) must be delivered physically to the TCP Head Office before the deadline.

2. Eligibility:

   • Interested contractors/firms must be registered on EPADS before submitting their bids.

   • For registration or training on EPADS, bidders may contact EPADS at UAN: 051-111-137-237 or visit www.ppra.gov.pk.

3. Opening of Bids:

   • Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend at:
     Board Room, TCP, FTC Building, Block-B, 4th Floor, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

4. Conditions:

   • Conditional, telegraphic, late, incomplete bids, bids without required bid security, and bids from blacklisted firms will be rejected.

   • TCP reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rule 33.
