Tender documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, bid submission procedure, validity, evaluation criteria, bid security, and performance guarantee requirements, can be obtained:

• Location: SSGC LPG Head Office, LDC Building, Karachi Terminal, Opposite Safari Park, Main University Road, Karachi

• Time: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:00 hours

• Fee: PKR 3,000 (non-refundable) per set, payable via Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of SSGC LPG Limited or in cash.

• Documents are also available on EPADS and the SSGC LPG website.

Submission Requirements

• Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender enquiry number.

• For the Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure:

  • Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes.

  • Technical proposals will be opened first. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a later date (to be communicated).

• A request for issuance of tender documents must be accompanied by an undertaking confirming the bidder is not debarred by any government entity.

Additional Information

• As per SRO 296(1)/2023 (E-PAK Procurement Regulations 2023), all bidders must be registered in the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

• In case the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.

• Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

• SSGC LPG reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the process at any stage prior to acceptance.
