Tender Notice

The Directorate of Health Services – Planning & Procurement, Gilgit-Baltistan, invites sealed bids from reputable and experienced manufacturers or their sole distributors for the procurement of a 128-slice CT Scan machine for Shaheed Saif ur Rehman Government Teaching Hospital, Gilgit.

This purchase will be carried out under the development scheme “Missing Facilities for Shaheed Saif ur Rehman Hospital, Gilgit” for the fiscal year 2025–26.

Terms & Conditions

1. Late submissions will not be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Each bid must be accompanied by a call deposit from a scheduled bank equal to 3% of the estimated cost; bids without this will be rejected.

3. Only registered firms are eligible to participate.

4. Both technical and financial proposals must be submitted on the scheduled date, signed and stamped on the company’s official letterhead.

5. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, it will be shifted to the next working day at the same time.

6. All quoted prices must be computer-printed, without any cutting, overwriting, or erasing.

7. The bidding process will follow GBPPRA Rules 2022, Section 39(b) – Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure.

8. Bidders must submit an original and up-to-date affidavit confirming that their firm/company is not blacklisted.

9. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 29 August 2025 (Friday) at 11:00 AM at the office of DHS Planning & Procurement, Gilgit.

10. Interested bidders may obtain tender documents by submitting a written request on the company’s letterhead along with the tender fee at the Directorate of Health Services Planning & Procurement office, Gilgit-Baltistan.
