This public notice serves as a final reminder to the individuals listed below, or their legal heirs, who obtained financial facilities from JS Bank Limited by pledging gold ornaments or other valuables as security. Despite multiple written and verbal reminders, these individuals have failed to repay the outstanding loan amounts along with the accrued markup and have not reclaimed their pledged gold items.

JS Bank hereby informs all such defaulters through this public notice that they must settle their dues in full or contact the bank to reschedule their loans within 14 days of this notice’s publication date.

If no response is received within this timeframe, the bank, as per its policies and legal provisions, shall proceed to auction the pledged gold ornaments/valuables to recover the outstanding loan amounts. No further notices will be issued, and no claims or objections will be entertained after the auction.

• Date of Outstanding Amount Reference: May 6, 2025

• Location of Auction: Respective branches of JS Bank across various cities including Faisalabad, Multan, Karachi, Hyderabad, Hafizabad, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Umerkot, Skardu, and others.

• Borrowers’ Names and Addresses:
  A complete list of borrowers, their father’s names, addresses, and respective JS Bank branch details is available at the concerned bank branches and will be made available at the auction site.

1. Visit your nearest JS Bank branch immediately if your name appears on this list.

2. Repay the full outstanding amount including markup to reclaim your pledged gold items.

3. Alternatively, contact your branch manager to discuss loan rescheduling options.

Failure to act within 14 days of this publication will result in the irrevocable auction of your pledged valuables. This action is in accordance with the loan agreement terms and JS Bank’s legal rights. No excuses or appeals will be accepted post-auction.
