The Managing Director of Pakistan Railways Carriage Factory, located at Sector I-11/4, I.J. Principal Road, Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the supply of materials and goods as detailed below. Bids are invited from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors who are:

• Registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments

• Listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue

• Eligible under the Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004

Tender Details

1. Bid Submission: Only bids submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) will be accepted. No manual or offline submissions will be entertained.

2. Bid Security: Physical bid security (Pay Order/CDR) must be submitted in person before the tender closing time at the office of the District Controller of Purchase, Pakistan Railways Carriage Factory, I-11/4 Islamabad. A scanned copy of the complete bid, including the bid security, must also be uploaded to EPADS.

3. Documents: Detailed bidding documents outlining the terms and conditions are available free of cost for download from the official EPADS portal.

4. Submission Deadline: Bids must be prepared and submitted in strict accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents.

5. Delivery Terms: All tenders are to be submitted on DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.
