Public Auction Notice for Lease Contracts – Fiscal Year 2025-26
The general public is hereby informed that District Council Nankana Sahib will conduct an open public auction for the following lease contracts related to the financial year 2025-2026. Interested parties are invited to participate as per the schedule mentioned below.
The terms and conditions of the auction will be read out on the spot during the bidding session. A detailed list of conditions and the schedule can also be reviewed during office hours at the office of the District Officer (Finance), District Council Nankana Sahib.
Important Instructions for Bidders

Each bidder must deposit the earnest money (security deposit) mentioned against each contract in the form of a Call Deposit in favor of the Chief Officer, District Council Nankana Sahib.

The Call Deposit must be submitted along with an attested copy of the computerized CNIC to the Auction Committee before the bidding starts. Cheques will not be accepted.

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.

Any defaulter or blacklisted individual/company is not eligible to participate.

All contracts will be subject to approval by the competent authority.

The contract period will be from September 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

Only those contractors registered with the Deputy Commissioner for the new financial year will be allowed to participate.
