• Be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

• Be authorized distributors or vendors with relevant experience in supplying medical or educational equipment.

  Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable), payable via Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of CMH Lahore Medical College & IOD, Lahore.
