National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites electronic bids from original manufacturers or their authorized distributors or suppliers for the supply and installation of inverter-type air conditioners, along with related services, for its offices and branches in the Mirpurkhas Region. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments.

How to Get Bidding Documents:
Complete bidding documents, which include detailed terms and conditions, procurement method, bid security, bid validity, and bid opening information, are available free of cost on the EPADS-PPRA portal.

Important Note:

• Manual submissions will not be accepted.

• If you face any technical issues while using the EPADS portal, you may contact the PPRA Team at the MIS Directorate, Room No. 109, 1st Floor, FBC Building, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad. For help, call 051-111-137-237.

Bid Submission Deadline:
Electronic bids, prepared as per the instructions in the bidding documents and including the bid security and all required documents, must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 28th July 2025 at 10:30 AM.

Bids will be opened online at 11:00 AM the same day, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend, at the following address:
Engineering Wing, 3rd Floor, National Bank of Pakistan, Head Office Building, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi

Please Remember:

• The original bid security instrument must be delivered in person to the office of the VP/Wing Head Engineering at the address above before the online bid submission deadline. Otherwise, your bid will not be opened.

• Information about the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC), formed under Rule-48 of the PPRA Rules 2004, is available on EPADS and the NBP website.

• If the office is closed on the day of bid opening due to any reason, bids will be opened at the same time and venue on the next working day.
