How to Participate

• Bidding Documents: Available for registered suppliers on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk.

• Submission Method: Bids, along with the bid security instrument and required documents, must be submitted electronically through the PPRA EPADS portal before the deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.

• Bid Security Submission:

  • The original bid security (sealed hard copy) must be submitted at the address given in the bidding documents before the deadline.

  • A scanned copy of the bid security (pay order/bank guarantee) must also be uploaded with the electronic bid on EPADS.

Opening of Bids

• Bids will be opened electronically via EPADS on the same day, in the presence of the procurement committee and any bidders who choose to attend.

• The contract period will continue until the successful completion of the work and the warranty period.

Important Notes

• The Pakistan Airports Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for valid reasons, which will be communicated to bidders upon request. The decision will be final and cannot be challenged.

• If any financial instrument submitted by a bidder is found to be fake or dishonored at any stage, it will result in blacklisting and legal action.
