PRE-QUALIFICATION OF FIRMS
The Office of the Chief Commissioner, ICT, invites sealed technical bids from well-established companies/firms that operate state-of-the-art workshops in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, equipped with skilled manpower, for carrying out repair and maintenance services in the following sectors for the financial year 2025–2026:

Submission Details

Interested firms/companies must submit their company profile along with consent for pre-qualification in sealed envelopes no later than 15 September 2025, by 11:00 AM.

Tender documents and detailed terms & conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned or downloaded from the official website (www.ictadministration.gov.pk).
Opening of Bids
All technical bids for pre-qualification will be opened on 15 September 2025 at 11:00 AM in this office, in the presence of the authorized representatives of the participating firms.

This office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage of the pre-qualification process as per PPRA rules.

Only firms with qualified manpower and proper facilities in Islamabad/Rawalpindi should apply.
